As Hannah and I travelled in and out of Whitefish several times today, we noticed a SUSHI restaurant. Don’t see those much as you’re travelling the back roads of the Northern U.S. After a stressful day it was just time to have sushi. I guess we could have grabbed some really fresh sushi at the fish hatchery, but I don’t think that would have gone over very well.
The sushi was a nice break from Subway and family style restaurants, but Ninja in Cedar City and Samurai 21 in St. George are still at the top of my list. Taiko in Irvine still maintains the #1 spot. However, Wasabi in Whitefish offered a YUMMY soup made with coconut milk. It was very tasty!
